All artwork, designs, and illustrations must be in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Iemonpackaging is not responsible for any color shifts that occur when converting from RGB to CMYK color mode. Iemonpackaging is not responsible for blurred, distorted, or pixelated printed images resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

Please note that the paper/cardstock used for our products is not food grade. Please inform us immediately of any such requirements. If you have any specific food grade requirements for your paper, please let us know in advance.

We necessitate the users and customers of our website to approve evidence (whether an electronic file or hard copy) of the printing products. All print jobs involve customer approval of the final art work and job specification sheet. Once an order has been placed, final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet will be sent to customers via email. Customers are responsible for rereading all details mentioned in the specification sheet, including delivery dates and or production swiftness, and confirm that all the customer necessities have been precisely noted.
Lemonpackaging is not liable for any specifications and requests beyond what are noted in the final specification sheet. In accumulation, it is the responsibility of the customer to evaluate the final artwork proof as proofreading is the responsibility of the customer. Unintended changes can occur because of the various ways that files are prepared.
What is revealed on the final proof signifies what will be printed.Iemonpackaging strongly recommends that the proof be printed out entirely to check definite position, spelling, and other design elements. Iemonpackaging will not be responsible for any design or spelling issues that are not identified by the customer and conversed to Iemonpackaging immediately. After consent, the design file and job specifications will be forwarded to the production department and printed as it is.lemonpackaging is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.
Lemonpackaging will try to match the gradient density of each color in duo-tone. Iemonpackaging is not liable for the final appearance of a duo-tone unless the customer orders a color match proof. In addition, application of lamination may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Iemonpackaging is not legally responsible for the final color appearance of a laminated product/s.

Our Products are made to the highest standards and we are proud of product quality.Due to the custom nature of printing and packaging products and other facilities we provide, you need to update us at lemonpackaging We cannot grant you a refund or direct credit; however, we will investigate the matter cautiously. Once an order has been placed successfully, no direct refunds are issued for design services orders. Even though all orders are exceptional, and sales are fixed, if there’s an error on our end, we acknowledge it, whether in printing or any other mistake. Then, we are committed to reprinting the specific defective pieces. Furthermore, we provide an alternative solution by offering store credit equal to the cost of the affected pieces, showcasing our dedication to customer satisfaction.If any defect in material, workmanship, or printing is evidence, please reach out to us in accordance with our Returns procedures .

Iemonpackaging is not responsible for errors in printed products resulting from any of the following:
Errors in the positioning or distribution of graphics and improper use of fonts
Spelling, grammatical, and punctuation errors
Die-cutting errors, tears, improper folds, or omissions
Finished product dimensions

You agree that any Manufacturing Partner introduced by lemonpackaging represents significant efforts and working relationships that are unique to, and part of, the work product and intellectual capital of lemonpackaging. Therefore, without the prior specific written consent of lemonpackaging, you agree to refrain from conducting direct or indirect business dealings of any kind with any Manufacturing Partner introduced by lemonpackaging , with the exception of parties with which you have previously had a formal business relationship. Products manufactured are subject to overproduction or underproduction by lemonpackaging, relative to the ordered quantities. You will be billed for overs or refunded for unders not to exceed ±10%.
lemonpackaging is unable to check the resolution quality of individual images used in composite designs generated in third party programs. If a collection of images are generated in a third party program such as photoshop and then uploaded as a single .jpg, lemonpackaging software can only read the resolution quality of the entire flattened file. lemonpackaging therefore cannot be responsible for resolution quality of individual images composited together in third party programs.

The customer must notify Iemonpackaging within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. Iemonpackaging will not be accountable for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for investigating all parcels for any noticeable signs of damage or missing items (when compared to the items listed on the enclosed packaging slips or invoices) before accepting delivery.In case of damage or missing items, the customers should notify Iemonpackaging and the delivery courier immediately.Iemonpackaging.will not be responsible for any damage or missing items claims that are not filed by the customer within 3 business days of order delivery.Iemonpackaging is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
Each ordered product is usually shipped with few extra pieces that are free of charge. Seldom order shipment may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered.Printing trade standards allow for underage or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, if exact quantity is needed, then it is suggested that customers should order 10% over the required quantity.
Additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for packages that have to be reshipped since an error was made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address.
In order to receive replacement products, customer must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without prior written return consent from Iemonpackaging.
All charges related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are not going to be refunded, including those orders that are returned for any reason

After final proof approval the products will be shipped in the least possible time. Product delivery time can vary depending on various factors including geographic location, transit availability, climate and more.

Iemonpackaging shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history.
Ibemonpackaging will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met.However, unpredicted equipment failure, error or technical problems may delay the printing or shipping processes.In case of delays in the printing or shipping processes, rush charges or accelerate fees will be refunded or waived where applicable.Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in the printing or shipping processes.
All Iemonpackaging customers agree to pay all customs duties and fees on good that are shipped to their respective locations. It is the accountability of the customers to make schedules to clear customs for shipments supplied outside the Chian.
