Sampling Process
The sampling process consists of four steps:
1. Confirm Requirements
2. Select Face Paper
3. Select Process
4. Sample Confirmation
Before starting sampling, we usually confirm the design draft. If there is no design draft, we can provide suitable examples for reference based on the product, box type, size, and budget.、
After confirming the requirements, we can start selecting the face paper and process, calculate the final quote, and if the quote is satisfactory, we will start arranging sampling. (We can assist with layout and design free of charge during this process.) After the sample is completed, we will send a physical sample for confirmation.
Considering concerns about discrepancies between online customization and actual products, we offer a free small sample (limited to one) to our first-time partners.
Important Notes:
1. Sample Free, Shipping Costs At Your Own Expense:
The sample itself is provided free of charge, but you will need to bear the collect-on-delivery shipping cost.
2. Free Sample Limit:
To avoid excessive requests for free samples (e.g., requests for a dozen or more samples at once), we limit each customer to one free sample. For additional sample requests, we will charge an appropriate sample fee. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Sample Matching Instructions:
Since the samples are for production retention and have limited stock, an identical sample may be unavailable. In such cases, we will provide alternative samples with the same box type or material to ensure we experience the same quality.
