The packaging design process can be divided into four steps:
1. Design Communication
2. Material Collection
3. Initial Design Draft
4. Revision and Confirmation

Before the formal design begins, it s necessary to confirm the design requirements, such as the brand category and purpose of the packaging, as well as the required dimensions and box type. If there is a clear budget, it can be stated in advance.

Next, necessary documents need to be handed over, such as the brand logo, copy, and essential elements. Simultaneously, the design direction needs to be confirmed, requiring communication and confirmation between the designer and the brand. If a preferred packaging style is already established, the design process can be expedited. Once the design direction is confirmed, the formal design process begins.

The sampling process consists of four steps:
1. Confirm Requirements
2. Select Face Paper
3. Select Process
4. Sample Confirmation

Before starting sampling, we usually confirm the design draft. If there is no design draft, we can provide suitable examples for reference based on the product, box type, size, and budget.、

After confirming the requirements, we can start selecting the face paper and process, calculate the final quote, and if the quote is satisfactory, we will start arranging sampling. (We can assist with layout and design free of charge during this process.) After the sample is completed, we will send a physical sample for confirmation.

Considering concerns about discrepancies between online customization and actual products, we offer a free small sample (limited to one) to our first-time partners.
Important Notes:
1. Sample Free, Shipping Costs At Your Own Expense:
The sample itself is provided free of charge, but you will need to bear the collect-on-delivery shipping cost.
2. Free Sample Limit:
To avoid excessive requests for free samples (e.g., requests for a dozen or more samples at once), we limit each customer to one free sample. For additional sample requests, we will charge an appropriate sample fee. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Sample Matching Instructions:
Since the samples are for production retention and have limited stock, an identical sample may be unavailable. In such cases, we will provide alternative samples with the same box type or material to ensure we experience the same quality.

The factory has its own mature production process. If printing or hot stamping is involved, sample confirmation is required. The production time will be confirmed with the client in advance. The final product effect and delivery cycle will be based on the sample and contract.

Summary:
Packaging design typically takes 5-7 days, sampling takes 3-7 days, and mass production takes 10-20 days.
If there is a specific packaging usage date, it is recommended to coordinate with the packaging design team 45 days in advance and arrange sampling 30 days prior. This allows sufficient time to adjust the design to achieve the best results
