In terms of material selection, the solution was precisely proportioned based on the principle of "maximizing cost-effectiveness": 800g single-sided white cardboard was used as the box base to ensure the packaging's load-bearing capacity and stiffness, meeting the essential product protection needs; 157g double-copper paper was selected as the face paper, and CMYK four-color printing was used to present clear product images and brand information. At the same time, vegetable ink printing was used to align with environmental trends and platform compliance requirements. To further enhance practicality and durability, the packaging surface is additionally covered with a matte film, which not only improves scratch resistance but also creates a simple texture. To address the pain points of e-commerce users in unpacking, the team specially designed a user-friendly finger clip that can be easily opened without tools, optimizing the end-consumer experience.
